📌 Custom Order Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your custom order needs! Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and successful ordering process:

🔒 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement. No custom orders will begin production until payment is received in full.

• We accept all major forms of payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be added to our production queue.

⏰ Rush Orders

• Custom orders must be placed at least 3 business days prior to the requested due date.

• Orders placed within 3 days of the due date will incur a $50 Rush Processing Fee.

• Rush orders are subject to availability and may be declined based on current production capacity.

📦 Order Confirmation & Turnaround Time

• Upon receiving your order and payment, you will receive an email confirmation outlining your design details and estimated completion date.

• Standard custom order turnaround time varies based on order complexity but typically ranges between 7–10 business days.

🔁 Revisions

• One round of design revisions is included. Additional revisions may result in added charges and extended turnaround time.

📬 Delivery or Pickup

• All delivery or pickup arrangements will be confirmed once the order is complete. Shipping charges may apply.

🚫 Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once production begins.
